Return and Refund Policy

A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

• Terms of return (Only Defective Items are Eligible for Returns within 14 days of being received.) 
• State of return (Unused & still packaged)
• Reason for return (75% Damaged or Cracked when received)
• Process for return (you will get a confirmation email within 3-5 business days)
• Process of refund (Your refund will be sent within 7-14 business days. Please contact your bank if it goes over 15 days.)
