The Soup Stone was conceived as an idea to save time. It came about one day during Eron's lunch time when he took some soup for lunch. He was on a time crunch and was tired of heating up his food 3-4 times. Before he know it his lunch break was over and had no time left to eat.. Later that evening Eron came home and mentioned to Jon that he had an idea that would benefit a lot of people. He mentioned how he wanted to invent a gadget to aide in even heating and to keep his soup hotter for longer. After a year and a half of research and development a patent was applied for and approved and issued in 2021. It did take a bit to get patented due to covid. That is how we are currently here manufacturing the product to get out to customers especially with it being soup season.
